The special appeal challenges the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 07.10.2024, whereby, the Court passed an order allowing the writ petition partly to the extent directing the payment of interest @9% w.e.f. the date the payments were due. 2. Admittedly, there is a delay without the fault of the writ petitioner in payment of the amount of earned leave, the present [2026:RJ-JP:18738-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-533/2025] appeal challenging the order granting interest is found to be wholly frivolous.
