Pegu, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education, Education Department for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 2. It is submitted that one Noor Jahanara Barbhuiya had earlier instituted WP(C) No. 863/2024 before this Court in connection with the subject matter relating to the petitioner’s service and accommodation. As such, she is a necessary and proper party to the present proceeding for complete adjudication of the issues involved in the accompanying writ petition. However, while filing the accompanying writ petition, the petitioner inadvertently omitted to implead Page No.# 3/3 one Noor Jahanara Barbhuiya as a party respondent. 3. By filing this application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 of CPC, the applicant prays for impleadment of Noor Jahanara Barbhuiya as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition being numbered as WP(C) No. 1210/2026. 4. The prayer so made by the learned counsel for the applicant has not been objected to by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 5. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. 6. Let the opposite party, namely Noor Jahanara Barbhuiya, be impleaded as party respondent No. 6 in the aforesaid writ petition being WP(C) No. 1210/2026. 7.
