This petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in W.P.No.9297/2026, which reads as under: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24246 WP No. 13872 of 2026 "In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider representation given by the petitioner for regularize the service of the Petitioner as librarian supervisor pursuant to his representation dated 05.01.2026 (AnnexureJ) which is given by the petitioner to the 2nd Respondent THE - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16525 WP No. 9297 of 2026 COMMISSIONER DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATH RAJ BENGALURU VIDE ANNEXURE-J. Further, consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 given to the 3rd Respondent the Chief executive Officer Jilla Panchayath Tumakuru VIDE ANNEXURE-K. (ii) Issue any other order or directions and grant such other reliefs this writ petition.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5 is dispensed with. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 05.01.2026 and 07.01.2026 at Annexures-J, and K respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 05.01.2026 and 07.01.2026 at Annexures-J, and K respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the judgment passed in - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24246 WP No. 13872 of 2026 W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad Bench) and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in similar terms directing the respondent No.2 to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 12.01.2026 at Annexures-H respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the judgment passed in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad Bench) and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
