The grievance raised by petitioner is that no ex-parte interim order was passed on the interim relief application filed by the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Revisional Authority to consider petitioner’s interim relief application, as per law, within one week. For a period of one week only, status quo as regards the structure raised by petitioner, shall be maintained.
