By filing this interlocutory application filed under Order XXXXI Rule 5 read with Section 151 CPC, the applicant who is the appellant in the connected RSA/75/2019 has prayed for stay of the execution of the decree dated 13.06.2012, passed in T.S. No.872/2006, by the Court of Munsiff No.1, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, as affirmed by the First Appellate Court vide first appellate judgment decree dated 30.01.2018, passed in T.A. No.91/2012, passed by the learned Civil Judge No.3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. Pursuant to order dated 27.05.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced 3 (three) photographs of the suit land with geotag locations which is taken on 30.05.2026, which shows the current status of the suit land. Accordingly, the same is made a part of record. 3. As the connected appeal is already admitted for hearing by order dated 09.01.2023, the Court is inclined to stay the execution of the decree dated 13.06.2012, passed in T.S.
