The case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent Corporation issued tender notice vide bid No.APSPDCL/TPT/SIP-10/2026-27 for survey, design, supply, installation, commissioning of nine number 33/11 KV, outdoor substations with its connected 33 KV and 11 KV lines in operation circles of Annamaiah, Tirupati and Kadapa Districts. While so, the tender notice is consisting of stringent conditions for the purpose to achieve particular group of persons and the tender conditions appears to be uncommon, so that no bidder would be qualified. Hence, the writ petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on written instructions dated 07.07.2026, informs that subject tender notice was cancelled due to no bidder was technically qualified. 4. In view of the above circumstances that the subject tender was cancelled, the grievance of the petitioner would become infructuous and no further orders are required in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is 4 closed and the petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in the event fresh tender notice is issued. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
