The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: "So, it is therefore, most humbly prayed that writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed and by an appropriate, writ, direction or order or nature thereof, respondents may kindly be directed to release the electricity connections to the petitioners. Alternatively, respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representation submitted by petitioners in time bound manner. Any other relief found fit in favour of petitioner kindly be passed." 2. Though various prayers have been made in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions from his clients, submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if; they are permitted to file a representation before respondent No.2 - Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jhotwara, Jaipur, encapsulating the grievances raised in the present writ petition within a period of four (04) weeks from today; and if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 - Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jhotwara, Jaipur, to decide the same in a time-bound manner. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before respondent No.2 - Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jhotwara, Jaipur, within a period of four (04) weeks from today. Respondent No.2 - Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jhotwara, Jaipur, is directed to decide the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of filing of such representation by passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law. 5. It is made clear that the aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of the petitioners’ grievance. The same shall not be construed as an order to decide the representation in any particular manner. 6. Furthermore, it is needless to say that after adjudication of the representation, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail further remedies available under the law. 7.
