The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Penk Narayanpur P.S. Case No.26/2025, dated 17.04.2025, registered for the offence under Sections 119(1), 85, 109, 117(1), 118(1), 47, 316(2), 310(2) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the so far as the petitioner is concerned, he is husband of the informant and only allegation is made that the petitioner has threatened that he will marry with another lady. He next submits that so far as the allegations of demand of dowry and torture are concerned, they are against in-laws of the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is happened to be the husband. 5. Considering that the petitioner is husband and only allegation is made against him that he has threatened to marry with another lady and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
