This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS praying for granting pre- arrest bail to the accused applicants in connection with Sipajhar Police Station Case No.35/2026 under Sections 118(2)/296 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. B Sharma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that in the instant case the charge-sheet has already been filed vide the Charge Sheet No.53/2026 before the Jurisdictional Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicants to appear before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of 10(ten) days of passing of the instant order. 5. Till such appearance of the accused applicants before the Jurisdictional Court, the interim order so passed earlier on 07.04.2026 shall continue. 6.
