Safdar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 8. 4. Petitioner no. 1-Muskan is present through video conferencing. She is presently in Nari Niketan, Haldwani. The Court interacted with her and she submitted that now she is ready and willing to go with his father and her custody be given to her father. 5. Respondent no. 4, who is father of petitioner no. 1, has filed an affidavit, in which, he has stated that he is ready and willing to take the custody of petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 1 may be handed over to him. The affidavit is taken on record. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 7. Superintendant/In-charge of the Government Shelter Home (Nari Niketan/ Zila Mahila Sharanalaya), Haldwani, District Nainital is hereby directed to give the custody of petitioner no. 1-Muskan to her father Shafiq. 8. Let the copy of this order be sent to the Superintendant/In-charge of the Government Shelter Home (Nari Niketan/Zila Mahila Sharanalaya), Haldwani, District Nainital, forthwith, for necessary compliance. 9.
