By means of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants disposal of the pending reply submitted on 08.08.2026 to the notice issued on 05.08.2026. 3. Upon perusal of the reply, which has been brought on record along with the notice which is annexure-3 to the writ petition, it transpires that the petitioner has wrongly submitted an application seeking supply of certain documents so that an effective reply be submitted. 4. In our considered view if the documents are not supplied, the petitioner is still hide bound in law to submit proper reply to the notice issued to him on 05.08.2026. 5. In the circumstances, we are disposing off this writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to submit a detailed reply to the notice dated 05.08.2026 within four weeks from today and if he submits reply as directed herein above the respondent no.4 shall take final decision in the matter of notice dated 05.08.2026, in accordance with law within a further period of one month.
