Since the aforesaid application has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s online application, dated 18.12.2025 seeking for inclusion of the petitioner’s name in patta No.1873 and for issuance of joint patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the persons in whose name presently PattaNo.1873 stands and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire.
