The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 424 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case and both the sides have lodged the case against each other and further both the sides have received injuries. He next submits that the altercation took place due to grazing of the field by the cows of the informant. He further submits that the petitioners [2026:JHHC:11925] -2- are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-19 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of making assault. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries and the altercation took place due to grazing of the field by the cows of the informant and further the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-19 of the petition, in that view of the matter, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
