This is an application filed under Order 3 Rule 4 of the CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of names as the advocates for the writ petitioner from the Vakaltnama in the instant writ petition. It is submitted that despite repeated seeking instructions, the writ petitioner failed to respond and therefore, the counsel for the writ petitioner having no alternate have issued notice for withdrawal of their names from the Vokalatnama of the instant writ petition which was duly received by the writ petitioner. Heard and perused the documents. Upon consideration, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed. Let the names of Mr. M.K. Choudhury (Sr. Advocate), Mr. M. Sarmah, Mr. P. Bharadwaj and Ms. A. Chodhury, learned advocates for the writ petitioner be struck off from the cause list as the counsel for the writ petitioner. The I.A. stands disposed of.
