This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 920 of 2019, pending before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of a copy of the application along with notice on the opposite party is being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record by requesting the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 920 of 2 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight (08) months from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessesary adjournment either of the parties. 4. Accordingly, C.O. 997 of 2026 is thus disposed of. 5.
