Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client would be satisfied in the case a direction is given to the respondents to decide representation made by him (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. 2. Keeping in view the order proposed be passed in the present petition, no reply is called from the respondents and the petition is decided on the basis of the material already existing on record. As per the pleadings, the petitioner is serving as JBT and presently posted in Govt. Primary School, Goth Education Block Hardaspura, District Chamba, HP, which admittedly falls under 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:14409 ) Category ‘C’ as defined under Clause 15 of the Transfer Policy dated 10th July, 2023. 3. As per the averments made in the petition, the petitioner has to walk on foot for 5 km to reach the school. The petitioner has completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting and as per the Transfer Policy of the State Government she has made a representation dated 25th June, 2025, which has not been decided till date. Thereafter, another representation dated 17th March, 2026 has been made. Since the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting, which is difficult area, the respondents/competent authority is directed to decide the latest representation dated 17th March, 2026 within four weeks. Needless to say that the respondent/competent authority while deciding the representation shall consider the parameters laid down in the Transfer Policy dated 10th July, 2023 and pass a speaking order within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
