The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.110 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 333, 74, 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the victim has taken the name of Sajjan Kumar and Dhananjay Paswan @ Raj Paswan saying that these two persons have assaulted. He further submits that so far these petitioners are concerned there are general and omnibus allegation. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault. 5. From the perusal of the FIR it transpires that the victim has taken the name of two persons of assault namely Sajjan Kumar and Dhananjay Paswan @ Raj Paswan and there are general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners and in identical situation co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABA and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
