JUSTICE SANGEETA SHARMA Order 19/05/2026 1. These bail applications have been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No. 181/2025 registered at Police Station Ramgarh Sethan, District Sikar for the offence(s) under Sections 61(2), 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 117(2), 118(2), 308(4), 351(2), 351(3) of BNS and under Sections 66, 66C, 66D, 66F of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case; that the accused-petitioners are behind the bars since long; that the trial is at the fag end; that most of the witnesses have been examined and Investigating Officer is the last witness to be examined and for that purpose the case is scheduled for 25.05.2026 in Trial Court; so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accused-petitioners behind the bars and, therefore, prays that the accused-petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused- petitioners and submits that there are criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners and this case pertains to committing organized crime in order to extort money. He further submits that the accused-petitioners have been working as crime [2026:RJ-JP:20985] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-493/2026] syndicate in an organized manner. Investigating Officer of the present case is physically present and submits that he himself is the last witness in this case and the case is scheduled for 25.05.2026 in Trial Court. Therefore, looking to the seriousness of the allegations levelled against this case, accused-petitioners may not be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and the arguments advanced by both the parties that the trial is at the fag end; that there are four other criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner Harish, Five against the accused-petitioner Yogesh, seven against the accused- petitioner Mukesh and four criminal cases are pending against the accused-petitioner Ravi; the allegations against the accused- petitioners in this case is that they are working as crime syndicate in an organized manner to deter the persons in order to extort money and in this case Investigating Officer is the last witness to be examined and that is scheduled for 25.05.2026. Hence, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, does not deem it fit to entertain the bail applications at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the present Criminal Misc. Bail Applications are dismissed. 6. The observation made hereinabove is only for decision of the instant bail applications and would not have any impact on the trial of the case in any manner. 7. However, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (SANGEETA SHARMA),J KAVISH /4-6
