Mishra, A.P.P. 02/ 23.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025, registered under sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and sections 21, 22, 23 of Bann9ing of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and bald allegations are made against the petitioner that petitioner was a member of core committee of company. He further submits that not even a single pie has been paid to the petitioner and petitioner happens to be only member of the core committee. He next submits that Devdeep Kumar @ Dilip was the director of the company namely, Aryakarn Nidhi Limited who was arrested and in his confessional statement in para 23 of the case diary he has stated that the persons who were in the core committee including this petitioner were not signing on any document with regard to the decision of the company. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits ( 2026:JHHC:11911 ) that petitioner was the member of core committee of the company namely, Aryakarn Nidhi Limited. 5. In the F.I.R, the only allegation is made that the Core Committee members were also involved and there is no allegation of transfer of any money or syphoning the money against this petitioner. The director of the Aryakarn Nidhi Limited company namely, Devdeep Kumar @ Dilip was arrested and in his confessional statement in para 23 of the case diary he has stated that the persons who were in the core committee including this petitioner were not signing on any document with regard to the decision of the company. 6. In the attending facts and circumstance of the case the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioner on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 7.
