Also heard on the application for restoration of MAC No. 63/2017, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 29.08.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that when the matter was called for hearing on 29.08.2025, he could not appear before the Court due to personal difficulties, therefore, the matter was dismissed for non- prosecution. 5. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the MCC for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit, it is allowed and MAC No. 63/2017 is restored to its original number. 6.
