…...... 02/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506, 120B, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC.
2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant and have also gone through the impugned order.
3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
4. There is an allegation against this petitioner that he sold the portion of the land to the informant. The informant later on found that the said portion of the land was earlier sold to one Bhola Prasad.
5. Considering the nature of the allegation, the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.502 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of
Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Ranchi once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
