The order of suspension dated 29.07.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It is admitted by counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet as well as enquiry report has already been submitted. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner will cooperate in the enquiry. 5. However, in case disciplinary proceedings is not completed within the period as stated above, petitioner is free to approach this Court again.
