Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants/petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. The writ appeal has been moved belatedly. Moreover, the writ petition is also pending before this Court. That being the factum, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
