Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. He next submits that the petitioner is having the vehicle bearing registration number JH-05-AB-0722, wherein the FIR, the number of seized vehicle is mentioned as CG-13-L-4150. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that only notice has been received by the petitioner, as such, he is required to go and point out this fact that the seized vehicle is not concerned with him. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to reply the notice issued under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. 5.
