The Applicant, by way of instituting the present Interlocutory Application, has prayed for impleading the present incumbent in the post of Principal Secretary, B.T.C, as a party Respondent, in the connected Contempt Petition, being Cont.Cas(C) No. 158/2025. This Court, on a perusal of the contentions, raised by the applicant in the present Interlocutory Application, as well as upon hearing the Learned Counsel for the Parties, is of the considered view that the person, sought to be impleaded as a Respondent, in the connected Contempt Petition, is a necessary and proper party, therein, and it is he who would now be required to comply with the directions, passed by this Court, vide order dated 21.08.2024 in WP(C) No. 6125/2023. In view of the above, the Petitioner is permitted to implead “Mukesh Sahu, The Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar, P.O and District – Kokrajhar, Pin- 783370”, as Respondent No. 3, in the connected Contempt Petition, being Cont.Case(C) No. 158/2025.
