CRL OP No. 3462 of 2026 p. 2 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the parents of the first accused. The main allegagion against the first accused is that he had committed criminal breach of trust along with second accused in the purchase of computers and other than that the amounts have come into the account of the petitioners, there is absolutely no material to show that the petitioners have conspired with the main accused.
3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the first accused, who is working as System Analyst in the District Court, Tiruppur, conspired with the other accused and by fake bills, cheated the Court to the tune of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs). The money trail shows that the amounts have been credited into the accounts of the petitioners. Further, there are materials to show that the petitioners have abetted the first accused in committing the crime.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, as the petitioners are senior citizens, he sought the indulgence of this Court, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.
