Learned counsel for respondents submits that the auction was conducted on 02.07.2026 and the petitioners participated in the auction. However, they were not declared as successful bidders. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the said submissions, the present Writ Petition is closed.
