Petitioner has sought a direction to Court concerned to decide the same within six months or within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was filed in the month of October, 2023. 4. Since the suit was filed only in 2023 and having regard to huge pendency of cases in different Courts in Dehradun, this Court is not inclined to fix any time line, however, the writ petition is disposed of with request to Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit at an early date..
