By these Petitions, the Petitioners seek direction to the Respondents to reimburse fees in respect of 25% students admitted by the Petitioners under the Right of Children to Free 2026:BHC-AUG:39703-DB {2} wp10952-26.doc and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. 2. The Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the Respondents to undertake scrutiny of the proposals of the Petitioners independently on their own merits and take appropriate decisions as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
