Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents states that on basis of objections received from other bidders, further evaluation of the technical bid of the petitioner was undertaken and in which two other defects were discovered. The Tender Evaluation Committee has passed a detailed order on 12.06.2026 specifying two additional grounds for rejection of technical bid of the petitioner. A copy of the said order has been placed on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition assailing the subsequent 1 2026:UHC:4784-DB decision of the Tender Evaluation Committee. 3.
