1. Mr. Ishwar Jaiswal & Mr. Chandra Bhushan Kesharwani, learned counsel appearing for the parties, would submit that the dispute has been settled amicably and the driver/respondent will pay Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) to the claimants/appellants.
2. Mr. Chandra Bhushan Kesharwani, learned counsel for the respondent, further submits that the first installment of Rs. 50,000/- will be paid today and remaining amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- will be paid within two months. Statement is placed on record.
3. In the event of default in payment, the claimants shall be at liberty to revive the appeal by filing an an appropriate application for recalling of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, this appeal stands disposed of finally.
