2. Petitioner is defendant in Original Suit No. 54 of 2026 filed by respondent seeking permanent injunction. In the said suit, ex parte temporary injunction was granted in favour of the respondent on 24.02.2026.
3. According to petitioner, he filed objection to temporary injunction filed by plaintiff (respondent) along with written statement and also filed an application seeking vacation of the ex parte temporary injunction.
4. Grievance of the petitioner is that on the one hand petitioner’s application for vacation of temporary injunction is not being considered and on the other hand, learned Trial Court has directed the SHO of concerned Police Station to implement the
order of temporary injunction.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if Court concerned is requested to

2026:UHC:4917 consider petitioner’s application for vacation/modification of order of temporary injunction.
6. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to consider and decide petitioner’s application for vacation of order of temporary injunction, as per law, on the next date fixed i.e. 23.07.2026 or any other date within three weeks thereafter.
