JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “ a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 09-01-2024, 23-03-2026, vide annexure-J and K and to regularise the services of the petitioner as has been done in the case of Jaggo -vs- Union of India, from the date of completion of 10 years of service and also to grant them and pay scale attached to the post of Deputy Registrar from the date of their appointments or at least from the date they completed 10 years of service as revised from time to time and to pay them the arrears of salary, increment and other service benefits on par with regular employees including the 7th pay commission and to pass appropriate and suitable orders, in the interest of justice and equity, it is prayed accordingly. b) Pass such other orders as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 09.01.2024 and 23.03.2026, at Annexures-J and K submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22568 WP No. 12842 of 2026 on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 09.01.2024 and 23.03.2026, at Annexures-J and K and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
