Jamir, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants and Mr. N. Angami, the learned Senior Government Advocate appears on behalf of the State respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3. 2. This is an application for correction of the credentials of the petitioner as regards to their father’s name and address which on an account of an inadvertent error was wrongly mentioned. The correct particulars/details of the addresses of the petitioners have been provided at paragraph-2 of the instant application. 3. Taking into account that the said mistakes being inadvertent errors and the correct name of the father of the petitioners as well as the addresses are required for an affective adjudication of the present proceedings, this Court allows the instant application thereby incorporating the names of the petitioners along with their details and addresses as mentioned in paragraph-2 of the instant application. This Court further directs the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners to submit a fresh Memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and the Registry shall make necessary changes in the Cause Title and update the same in the CIS.
