According to petitioners, the said suit was dismissed for non prosecution on 16.12.2025 and application for restoration thereof was moved on 13.01.2026. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite disposal of the restoration application. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with request to the Court concerned to dispose of the application, seeking restoration of the suit, filed by petitioners within six weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order, provided objection to the restoration application has been filed.
