When the matter was taken up, Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the Government in G.O (Ms.)No.38, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department dated 13.02.2026 in terms of the said proceedings, the Government has decided to merge the panchayats has sought by the petitioner. 3.
