Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner’s representation, seeking for issuance of "Natham Patta" for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 21.01.2026. 6.
