Heard. 2 2. Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (S) No. 1789 of 2026 dated 17.02.2026, the petitioner /complainant is before this court in this contempt petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation filed by the petitioner has been decided vide order 30.03.2026 passed by Deputy Collector, Directorate of Public Instructions, as such, the order under contempt has been complied with. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 also conceded aforesaid facts. He also filed copy of order dated 30.03.2026 passed by Deputy Collector, Directorate of Public Instructions. 5. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Copy of the order dated 30.03.2026 filed by counsel for respondent No. 1 is taken on record. 7. Thus, since order under contempt dated 17.02.2026 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (S) No. 1789 of 2026 has been complied with, therefore, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents. 8. In view of above, the contempt petition stands disposed of. 9. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents is dropped.
