This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue writ order or direction, directing the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.11, Prayagraj to decide application 14Ga dated 03.11.2025 of the petitioner in Case no. 2505 of 2025 (Anil Singh vs. Deepak) within stipulated period at an early date as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that an application 14C is pending consideration before the court below. The sole prayer made is for expediting the said application. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the respondent, at this admission stage, the court below is hereby directed to proceed with the application 14C dated 03.11.2025 and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties. 4.
