JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo, which reads as under: “I, the undersigned advocate for petitioner and the petitioner herewith submits that in the above case the petitioner has deposited the 50% of the fine amount i.e., Rs. 180,000/- as per the directions of the 1st appellate court and this Hon'ble court. After negotiations held by the petitioner counsel and petitioner and respondent Counsel the matter is settled for Rs.1,80,000/-. Hence this memo. Wherefore it is prayed by the petitioner that the memo may be allowed and ordered to release the deposited amount by the respondent and also acquit the petitioner/accused in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands disposed of. 3. By withdrawing the 50% of the amount, all the liability of the petitioner stands settled.
