After negotiations held by the petitioner counsel and petitioner and respondent Counsel the matter is settled for Rs.1,80,000/-. Hence this memo. Wherefore it is prayed by the petitioner that the memo may be allowed and ordered to release the deposited amount by the respondent and also acquit the petitioner/accused in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
