The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody in connection with Nirsa (Dhanbad) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2025 (S.T. Case No.21 of 2026) for the offence registered under Sections 111(4), 111(7) and 317(4) of the BNS, 2023, has prayed for regular bail. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that there is no material against him save and except the confessional statement of the co-accused. After investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the petitioner has also one criminal antecedent. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on Cash Deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) and on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
