2. This Court has dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30128 of 2025 on 05.11.2025 for the following reasons:
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations, and the submissions made by learned counsels on either side, the fact that the petitioner ha one previous case and that the petitioner had allegedly indulged in illegal quarrying activities causing damage to the ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner’s earlier anticipatory bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30128 of 2025 on 05.11.2025.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17.02.2026 smn To 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
