Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jajpur Road P.S. Case No.36 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.95 of 2026 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexures-1 and 2. It is submitted that the Court that in the counter case vide FIR No.35 of 2026, the accused persons are on bail pursuant to the order in ABLAPL No.1220 of 2026. A copy of the said order dated 5th March, 2026 in the ABLAPL is produced by Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners. That apart, a copy of the mediation report dated 6th April, 2026 is submitted to the Court, wherein, it is revealed that the same has been p. 2 successful. With the submission as above, Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel pleads for release of the petitioners on bail in view of the aforesaid development having taken place. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the State. In view of the successful mediation and the order in the ABLAPL dated 5th March, 2026 in respect of the accused persons in Jajpur Road P.S. Case No.36 dated 19th January, 2026 registered at the behest of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to direct all of them to surrender before the before the learned court below for being released with conditions though not inclined to entertain their plea for pre-arrest bail 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road in connection with Jajpur Road P.S. Case No.36 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.95 of 2026 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(rupees twenty-five thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below, which shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, they shall not pick-up any quarrel with the informant and cause any harm to him and other witnesses connected to the alleged incident in any manner whatsoever while on bail and co-operate the IO in the investigation till the p. 3 same is over attending the PS once in a fortnight without default. 6.
