ORAL ORDER
None appears for the petitioner-wife.
Learned counsel for the respondent-husband is present.

Learned counsel for the respondent files a memo along with a copy of the order dated 13.09.2025 in M.C.No.1117/2023, which was settled before the Mega Lok Adalath on the file of the II Additional Principal Family Court at Mysuru, wherein the parties have resolved their dispute on the following terms and conditions:
“1. The petitioner hereby withdraw all the averments made in the petition against the respondent. Simultaneously the respondent also withdraw all the defense took by him in the course of the objection statement to the main petition. 2. The respondent hereby agreed and covenant with the petitioner that the respondent hereby agreed to pay a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- through Demand Draft to the petitioner towards her permanent alimony. 3. The respondent is hereby paid monthly maintenance to the petitioner till 30.08.2025 and no arrears were left as balance and from 28.08.2025, the respondent need not to pay any maintenance amount or any arrears to the petitioner. 4. The petition filed by the petitioner in RPFC No.86/2020 against the respondent and the

respondent filed RPFC No.107/2021 against the petitioner, both before Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka are hereby agreed by both of them to withdraw their above referred respective cases immediately after payment of the above referred permanent alimony. 5. The respondent has handed over the above referred amount of Rs.21,00,000/- through demand draft No.817141 dated 30.07.2025 drawn on State Bank of India in the name of the petitioner in C.C.No.55096/2019 filed against the respondent before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Bangalore towards permanent alimony and in said regard the petitioner had deposed that with notion, the complaint was filed against the respondent and prayed for dismissal of the above referred complaint against the respondent. 6. The petitioner and respondent further agreed and covenant that there are no other movable and immovable properties left to exchange between them. 7. The petitioner hereby undertakes that she will not claim any maintenance or any right over any movable or immovable properties belonged to the respondent and also not to claim any sort of relief against the respondent in future i.e., from
28.08.2025. 8. Both the petitioner and respondent hereby agreed and covenant that both will not interfere in any manner with each other in respect of their personal life in future”. 3.
In view of the above agreement entered into between the parties, nothing survives in both the
