The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned suspension order dated: 13.06.2022 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the Director General, Sickle Cell Institute Chhattisgarh, Raipur; 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the inquiry report dated 01.02.2022 (Annexure-P/2), issued by Three-Members Inquiry Committee, constituted vide order Dated 05.08.2021 issued by the Director, Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh; 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the impugned show cause notice Dated 01.06.2022 (Annexure-P/), issued by Director General, Sickle Cell Institute Chhattisgarh, Raipur; 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/writs, order/orders, relief/ reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suspension order has already been revoked by the department and in the departmental enquiry, the report has been submitted in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the petition may be disposed of reserving 3 liberty in favour of the petitioner to revive his prayer if any adverse order is passed in the near future. 3.
