(Oral) By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned transfer order dated 11.06.2026 issued by respondent No.3- Director, Technical Education, Uttarakhand, qua the petitioner, whereby, he was transferred from Government Polytechnic, Bhalswagaj, District Haridwar to Government Polytechnic, District Rudraprayag. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner, who is presently serving as Workshop Instructor, has now been relieved today and the relieving order is sent to him through Whatsapp by the respondent No.5-Principal, Government Polytechnic, Bhalswagaj, District Haridwar. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner on the merits of case contends that mother of petitioner is unwell, and therefore, he should not be transferred from Haridwar to Rudraprayag. UKHC010105822026 2026:UHC:4982 2 4. This Court, having considered the contentions raised by learned counsel for petitioner, is not convinced to interfere with the transfer order. More particularly, the transfer is exigency of the service and petitioner has already been relieved by the respondent No.5. Thus, no interference is warranted. 5.
