Even though the aforesaid relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would now restrict the prayer of the petitioner only for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 13.03.2026 pending on the file of the first respondent. 3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents has also not raised any objection to issue such a direction by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 13.03.2026 after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
