Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a reasoned order dated 13th August, 2025 has been passed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat. Unauthorized construction has been detected and the reports and findings of deviation have been forwarded to the sanctioning authority i.e., Bally Jagacha Panchayat Samity as well as to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Howrah Sadar. 4. As it appears that the Panchayat has already taken steps to deal with the unauthorized construction and on detection of the same, passed necessary order and forwarded copy of the proceeding to the competent authority, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. 2 5. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Bally Jagacha Panchayat Samity as well as the Sub-Divisional Officer, Howrah Sadar for further relief. 6. The contempt application stands disposed of. 7. A copy of the reasoned order dated 13th August, 2025 filed in Court today be retained with the records. 8. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
