It has been submitted today that the petitioner has appeared and co- operate with the investigation and the contents of the updated Case Diary does not reveal that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be required at this stage. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioner by the order dated 20.02.2026 is hereby made absolute with the direction to the petitioner that she should co-operate with the investigation as and when called for by the investigating authority.
