Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition to direct the authorities to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground or in alternate, give Rs.5,00,000/- to the mother of the petitioner as compassionate financial assistance. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Instructions dated 14.04.2026 received under the signatures of respondent No.2/Deputy Commandant General placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in paragraph 15 of the Instructions that the matter is pending before the authorities. Paragraph 15 of the Instructions reads as follows:- 15- यह िकयाची के िपता स्व० रामबली भू०पू० होमगाडर् की मृत्यु के फलस्वरूप उनके पात्र आिश्रतों को िनयमानुसार अनुग्रह रािश की अनुमन्यता के साथ-साथ िदवंगत एवं स्थायी रूप से िदव्यांग होमगाडर् के पात्र आिश्रतों (िजसमें याची भी सिम्मिलत हैं) की होमगाडर् स्वयंसेवक के पद पर भतीर् की कारर्वाई शीघ्र की जायेगी। 4. Since the matter is pending before the authorities as stated in paragraph 15 of the Instructions as quoted above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of paragraph 15 of the Instructions dated 14.04.2026.
